Rental / Service of lifting and levelling devices
If you only need one of our levelling systems or lifting devices for a certain period of time or if it does not make sense to purchase them for other reasons, we can offer you to borrow / rent a range of lifting and levelling devices.
Our rental lifting and levelling systems correspond to the requirements of relevant accident prevention regulations (BGV D8). Please be aware that the operator (the client in this case, who borrows/rents the lifting or levelling devices) bears the responsibility for the intended use of the lifting systems (§ 24 BGV D8).
That is why we recommend that trained members of our staff carry out the operation (in this case we bear the responsibility) or that you allow us to give you instructions on how to operate the devices.
Task definition:
You would like to move and manoeuvre your container on paved ground (hall or court). Use of cranes and large lift trucks is not possible, for example due to low passes or hall ceilings. You want the attachment and dismantling of the rollers to be done without any additional means.
Solution:
The combination of heavy duty rollers in conjunction with levelling supports offers you the possibility to equip your container (up to a weight of 16 t) with rollers independently and maneouvre it.
Rental lifting and levelling devices:
Heavy duty roller movement set 267/C for ISO-corners up to 16 t
Universal adaption 269, 272/B with levelling support 248, 272/B
Levelling support type 8251.10
Levelling support type 8251.25
Task definition:
You have a stock of ISO containers or swap bodies and have to move them between different locations, in which the container will remain for a certain period of time (for example in part logistics, for moving, mobile test stands).
You are using a truck for transport and have to load and deposit the container.
You don't want to use a truck crane, and the driver of the truck should be able to do it alone or with the help of a second person at most.
Solution:
A depositing system gives you the possibility of independent loading for weights up to 12 t. The modular structure eases the handling of the components. Type 294 is suitable for four different heights of ISO-containers.
A lifting system could be used for container weights of up to 20 t.
Rental lifting and levelling devices:
Depositing system 294 for ISO-containers
Depositing system 285 for swap body containers (first use with our instructions)
Lifting system 1889 for ISO containers, removable (first use with our instructions)
Task definition:
You have to load and unload an ISO-container up to 10 t into a plane. If necessary the container has to be moved on the airfield and for example be reloaded on a truck.
Solution:
An aircraft loading system gives you this possibility for the Hercules C-130, Globemaster C17 and the Transall C160.
Rental lifting devices:
Aircraft loading system 1350 for Hercules C130, Globemaster C17 and the Transall C160
(first use only with our instructions).
Task definition:
You have a stock of ISO containers or swap bodies and have to move them between different locations in which the container will remain for a certain period of time (e.g. in part logistics or for tank containers).
You are using a truck for transport and you have to lift the container off the truck so that the truck can drive off.
You want this to be done without a truck crane and preferably by the driver of the truck only or with the help of another person at most. The container can be left on loading height.
Solution:
The container support device offers you the possibility of independent deposit for weights of up to 32 t. The modular structure eases handling of components. Type 3108 is recommended for vehicles with air suspension; type 2942 is recommended for vehicles with steel suspension.
Rental lifting devices:
Type 3108 for vehicles with air suspension
Type 2942 for vehicles with steel suspension
